What are the shipping options for your products? 

We offer free shipping and commercial shipping for our products. Free shipping is available for some countries, while commercial shipping is available for almost all countries.

How long does it take for the products to arrive with free shipping? 

Free shipping generally takes about 15 to 20 days to arrive, but some countries may need 20 to 30 days. It depends on the destination country and the customs process.

How much does commercial shipping cost and how long does it take?

Commercial shipping costs vary from country to country and product to product. You can check the shipping fee at the checkout page before placing your order. Commercial shipping usually takes about 5 to 10 days to arrive.

Are there any taxes or fees for commercial shipping? 

Commercial shipping fee does not include any taxes or fees that may be charged by the customs office of your country. Please make sure you can cooperate with the customs office to finish clearance and pay any taxes or fees if required.
Note: We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by customs clearance but we can help to provide documents for the clearance.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Once an order is placed, please email us to alter or cancel it before shipping. If the package is picked up by delivery, I'm afraid we cannot cancel that.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange or return it for a refund.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use major carriers and local courier partners to ship to major countries.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. It takes 2-5 work days to fulfill. After the package is picked up you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship to most countries over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We guarantee that you’ll have a refund if you are not satisfied with our products. You can return or exchange the products within 30 days of receiving them. Just contact us by sending emails to

How can I return or exchange the products?

If you live in the US, you can return or exchange the products to our warehouse in CA. Please contact us to get the return address and instructions. For other countries, please contact us before returning or exchanging the products to learn where you should ship them.

Who pays for the shipping fee for returning or exchanging the products? 

If the products are functionally defective, we will cover the shipping fee for returning or exchanging them. If the products are not functionally defective, you have to pay for the shipping fee yourself.

When will I get my refund? 

After we receive the returned products, we will inspect them and issue the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Do I have to subscribe to use the app?

No. The app is free to download and use. If you don't need the premium features like lessons, sounds, advance biofeedback metrics, you do not have to subscribe. The Timer mode is free to use. You could listen to any audio you like from other apps and use the Timer mode to record Biodata.

Can I export EEG data from the app?

Yes, you may go to Me - Data Management to export all your raw data including brainwaves, heart rate, etc into a CSV file.

Will it work with third-party meditation apps?

Yes. You can play audio from other apps while record Biodata using Timer mode as long as you keep Flowtime running in the foreground.
